A photo exhibit by a photographer, Katsuhiro Noguchi, has started at S-PAL Fukushima.
This time you can see photos taken in various regions of Tohoku, as well as in Fukushima Prefecture.
After the exhibit in Fukushima City, you can see them at S-PAL Koriyama from Thursday, April 28.
We are looking forward to the collaboration between Fukushima and Tohoku!
